Students can apply through the NSFAS accommodation portal. Once the application process is completed, students must follow the steps required on their NSFAS portal and wait for further communication.

You will know that your application has been received when the lease agreement appears on your NSFAS accommodation portal. Once you receive and sign the lease agreement, it confirms that your application has moved forward in the process.

You will receive communication from the landlord or residence administrator informing you that your room is ready and advising you when you may check in.

If you have not yet signed the lease agreement, you may cancel your application through your NSFAS accommodation portal. If you have already signed the lease agreement, you must visit or contact your college or learning institution for assistance with cancellation. Because this is NSFAS-accredited accommodation, cancellation must be handled through the relevant institution and NSFAS process.

Since the residence is NSFAS-accredited accommodation, cancellation of accommodation must follow the correct institutional process. The landlord cannot simply cancel your placement without the proper process being followed through the relevant institution.

There is parking available along the main road in front of the building. However, this parking is public/community parking and does not belong specifically to the residence. Students who choose to park there do so at their own risk.

Students access the building using a gate key and the face-detection entrance system. This helps control access and improves safety for residents.

Once your room has been confirmed as ready by the landlord or administrator, you may check in at the agreed time. Students should communicate with management before arriving.
